As the business operations grow multinational and diversified , the adoption of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) becomes essential for future business development . The challenges to the implementation of ERP includes the financial impact of the high cost software / hardware , and limited resources of people and time and the difficulties of the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) play vital roles in determining whether the ERP implementation is a success or not . Although there are many researches related to the topic of ERP system , not too many of them are focused on how communication/electronic product manufacturers adopt the ERP system and make successes out of it .Therefore , this research is focused in this area to analyze the relationship among business strategies , processes and efficiencies when implementing the ERP system and to conclude what the Critical Success Factors (CSF) are .
