The main propose is using for independent electrolysis system with the solar power and fuel cell, it can also be used in hospital and laboratory for high purity hydrogen . The author try to make up the parameter related to the experience on design,including design the flow channel, the sealing technology for the electrolyzer , the combined technology in cells ,the component of gas purify, and the choice in the membranes. For the advantage in efficiency, the flow channel design have notable effect in the efficiency because the bad design for flow channel will make bubbles be pick up , and that will losing the balance in pressure and having low efficiency. The velocity of the electrolyte also influence the bubble collection. There are almost few patient and reference in floe channel design , the author have some idea and computed by Fluent to get the distribution of velocity and pressure in flow channel. Then the author have designed three kind of flow channel and have experiment by using transparent acrylic broad to compare the efficiency and observe the distribution of velocity flow. At the same time we also confer the flow area in order to increase the efficiency. We want to proof the result that computed by Fluent and want to have more good idea to design the flow channel. At last we have designed a eight cells electrolyzer with the best one of the flow channel we have designed, we make the electrolyte flow outside to improve the gas collection and the purity of hydrogen.
