| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 91 === Knowledge management is the managerial tendency for many industries. The main profits of aforementioned companies are not only relies on their visible assets but the collection and reuse of invisible asset. Hence, knowledge management is one of most important issues of companies’ managerial strategies. Constructing knowledge community (community of practice) is the core element of knowledge management in a company, and the knowledge community performance also affects companies’ competitive advantages. Therefore, measure the performance of knowledge community is the most important issue can''t be neglected. According to the characteristics of construction industry, this research apply Balance Score Card and Delphi Method surveying the construction companies which have entered market or over-the-counter, and then develop a performance measurement metrics of construction knowledge community. This performance measurement metrics not only provide guidance for employees but help managers audit the performance of construction knowledge community. Moreover, it also provides feasible strategies for construction companies manage their knowledge community.
