Description
Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 資訊管理學系研究所 === 91 === Due to the improvement of Internet technology, many users who locate in different places can negotiate or coordinate to share ideas and resolve conflicts. Current literatures focus on bargaining between sellers and buyers mainly. However, we can find some cooperative shopping behavior on electronic commerce. Besides, users may use Internet asynchronously instead of face-to-face. Therefore, it is important to build an online coordination system that can allow users to assign their preferences and can support overall coordination stages. In this study, the related literatures about agents, coordination and decision support system will be collected and be used as the theory foundation. Possible coordination processes will be discussed and summarized. Then a framework of agent-based online coordination support system for multi-users will be proposed. Following that, a prototype of planning a classmate party example will be developed. Finally, an experiment will be designed in order to measure the impacts of the coordination support system and coordination models. This study can not only serve as a foundation of coordination models and mobile agents researches, but also help Web managers to develop online coordination mechanism for providing customers better interactions and reducing coordination cost.
