In this huge game markets, the MMORPG is the most favor game for most players. However, what kinds of attributes of the RPG games are major factors which appeal to game players so much? According to this research we will focus on finding out the important attributes of games and if the difference of different personalities of game players will cause the different results of choosing games for MMORPG. This study uses the questionnaire method for surveying 144 game players who have been playing MMORPG. The purpose of this research is to investigate how the game players behave online and what the factors of content the game players really care about are nowadays in Taiwan. And the relationship between attributes which the game players care and population demographic variables is also the target for this research. At last, we will try to make some suggestion in descriptive statistics, t-test and one- way ANOVA by the results we have found for the game businesspersons. The results of this research: 1. The profiles of samples: The majority of subjects were men, graduated from college school, have averaged salary per month lower than twenty thousand dollars. 2. The behavior of players: Most players are male, have been playing the games for more than two years and login the games more than seven times per week. However, both males and females view the ”News” and deposit the cash card on the official website. 3. The attributes that players prefer: The types of factors which may affect the players are “Content Consideration”, “Sound Effect Consideration”, “Game Controlling Consideration”, “Fun Consideration”, “Social Communication Consideration”, “Network Consideration”, “Sight Effect Consideration” and “Game Pace Consideration”. We can find out that different players with different personalities may focus on different attributes for games. For instant, the age, the education background and average salary per month may cause the different results of choosing games. For the businesspersons, our suggestions by the research are that they should apply or modify game product attributes for satisfying the expectations of the game players, according to the attributes about which the MMORPG players really care. Aftertime, we suggest that students who want to do some similar research may extend to content of the game product attributes and discuss if other types of games have the same results or not.
