This days, there’re many discussions about “what’s the best way to use internet for us to improve education process？There’re many solutions as we can see everywhere, improving multi-media, upgrading the IT system, make learning system more friendly for use…etc..
In this article, we propose a new way for online learning system, the community based e-learning system, in this way, learning itself can deep into the learner’s behavior even attitude, and the learner in this system would be more stable in learning and could have self-driven learning, that’s all the learning system cares.
Then we introduce a whole new aspect for “checking” the system and learning performance. Because of the learning system focus on deeper side of learning, perception, attitude, behavior…etc.. so we need something different in checking, to tell if the performance is good and if the system works.
