碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 91 === Abstract The purpose of this paper is to prove that the Software Project Management theory cannot be applied to all business industries. The research methodology is based on the historical literary research, and the interview with some project managers. In this research, the interview’s questionnaire was designed by three concepts, project’s scheduling, cost, and effeteness to find out the influence of the Software Project Management. The interview’s result was analyzed and tested by statistical methods. Based on the result of the interviews, it indicates that the Software Project Management theory cannot fit in all business industries and the Software Project Manager needs to be costumed by the business’s culture, business’s structure, and business’s characteristics. In this paper, a formula was created by the Net Value method which will help project managers to better manage the budget and the schedule.
