The labors getting of the retire pleasure about the wide labors of retire of life and the safeguards of economics is so urgency at present. For the retire safeguards of spirit in my researches I using the concept of the retire weal with the senectitude safeguard by the world bank. To analyzes、researches and also understand. This systems of set up, transmutation until today of effect in the past. Therefore the consequence of below in my researches : 1. Because the labor pension systems is the livability low in the company and also appropriate rate low too that are easy to make the labor friends almost can not to receive of pension. So if using the defined benefit plan probable it could be difficult more than the other. 2. According the labor basic low that has a regulations the labors must be service over fifteen years in same firm but the general of firm can survival down almost can not be over fifteen years. Therefore a lot of labors will be not continue to work because the past service was cut down then they would lose the pension. 3. The pension systems current development of process at the other country is a successful in the whole world. About the many kind of set of the pension finances safe that main the pension is rich. However it is much or less with the appropriate amounts is much or less doesn’t matter but with the capital to operate have correlated by use well or not. Whatever taking the defined benefit plan is practicing by most country in the world. Now we should caution to plans let it be great systems in our nation. 4. At the present stage about the defined benefit plan in our nation. It was complex of appropriating count and now the investigations of new systems of the defined contribution plan that it was belong to easy control the cost. Also the past service can be to combine of labors and encouraging saving to coerce saving with to lesson the government of the finance afford. Sum up above each essentiality, at the present stage of system have to reforming and it must be corrode out however.
