碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 應用設計研究所 === 91 === Look into the architecture activity process throughout the history, we can discover that the critical point of architecture design has transfer from craftsmanship to the creativity of the design. However, since the architecture requirement and space content are getting more and more complex, and technology is improving as well as the increasing of customer consciousness, the “Design” had evolving into an in dependent and professional subject while it contains concept with planning. Planning oriented design has almost become the criteria of execution in this profession since the policy requirement of both government and enterprise as well as the constraint of buying law. Furthermore, due to the difference of the assignment by profession or by stage in the architectural design, there are gaps in practice and lacks of effective integration meanwhile cause the low quality of the building.Therefore, design activity itself is the result of complex synergy, its goal is seeking effective control and evolution of design. Then the elevation of planning consciousness of design will satisfy the needs of modern times, I call it the “Planning of Design”－「Design plan」 in this thesis. Generally speaking, this is a rather rational technological question. This approach provides useful methodology, evaluation standard, techniques and tools by connecting design objects and activities via conceptual language which assembly by both practice and logical thinking. But as the society as well as cultural become more and more diversity, the plan may lead to different orientation according to various presumptions. And it will dominate the implementation strategy as well as the possibilities of architectural methodology, include the vagueness and controversy where this consciousness may reside in the design. Therefore, how the planner apply transcendental method which base on the internal mechanism of construction system to analyze the planning consciousness of the design activity, will be helpful to improve the performance of the design about environmental facility development on modern times till the future. This article starts from the history of the planning system, the category of the planning phenomenon, the technical content which can be shown in a actual planning case, and by using the “Procedural Logic” approach, we can look into the implementation philosophy as well as the inner mechanism of the planning technique, then we can manifest the planning nature of the design. The point is that we can seek the value consciousness as well as the clarity of planning, in order to feedback the creativity of the design. Focus neither on the planning result of the design nor the survey of making a solid methodology.
