| Summary: | 碩士 === 東海大學 === 工業設計學系 === 91 === The industries of Taiwan in the 21st century have to internationalize, and face the competition of global. In order to add the competition, they may need to establish more efficiency value chain in the way of quality, cost, deadline and etc. The traditional manufacture of Taiwan is facing the challenge from competition of globalization in recent years which have to grew up in high quality, high value-added as a goal.
ISO9001: 2000 was announced formally since the end of year 2000, because the most important purpose of the edition was to achieve “Product comes true” of total business process, in regard of Taiwan’s enterprises who want to upgrade or obtain the recognition of ISO, the R&D department will become the most important for recognition. But because there have many product files of R&D department, therefore, it is very difficult in control and canon if execution. That may with the result that recognition files weren’t complete, and it cause the R&D department can’t get the recognition of ISO easily.
During the process of develop whole business products, the biggest cost was in R&D, when the R&D department could induct ISO9001: 2000, the “Product comes true” which the system is conscious could execute well in the system of department, and it will be helpful no matter in cost and process to R&D department.
The research tried to analysis the nine factors of KSF when the department of R&D of Taiwan’s manufacture would like to execute ISO9001: 2000 (the level of department manager participate and their decision, the planning of “Product comes true”, customer satisfy, the planning of design and development, component purchase, the service and control of inner customers, training, the department members participate, the management of quality system document) and thirty-seven variable, from discuss the legalism of ISO9001: 2000 system and related journal paper of domestic and oversea, and in order to consider business side and generalization, we has been visited several manufactures of Taiwan who had been got the recognition of ISO9001: 2000, and got the related files about the designed process of control of these firms. And the last step was to design questionnaire by those conclusions and anatomize, and got these KSF from factors analysis.
The conclusion of statistical analysis of returning samples, not only can be reference to the R&D department which is going to execute ISO9001: 2000, regard of academic, it still doesn’t have many researches about the quality management of R&D department, therefore, the research also could be a reference for ulterior research.
