The interaction forces of electric double layer repulsion and van der Waals attraction are considered in the present model. From the simulation results, it is formed that the collection efficiency of particles without Brownian motion is higher than that of particles with Brownian motion. The higher the Reynolds number of particles, the higher the collection efficiency of particles. And the height of primacy maximum and the depth of secondary minimum is the interaction energy profile of DLVO theory play an important role is determining the collection efficiency of particles.
