And it utilizes the assembly language programming of the chip and the construction of each kind of computer hardware circuit to carry out the direct torque control development system of the three-phase induction motor through human-machine control. The theory of this kind of experiment control system is developed in accordance with the theory structure of three-phase induction motor and is different from the complexity of magnetic field oriented control. This system utilizes the magnetic field and the torque to analyze and control through the vector space modulation, and further making induction motor control the target with the speed just like the prompt response of direct current motor. By using the DSP EVM development system of TMS320F243 chip, this control system carries out the mathematical calculation of torque control to simulate and make the control of TMS320F243. It mainly utilizes the Intelligent Power Modules (IPM) of Mitsubishi Electric Engineering, accompanied by the control interface of three phase drive circuit,such as Photo encoder,Hall sensor detect, Magnetic braking, etc.To detect each kind of feedback signals, like speed,voltage,electric current and torque.
