Dual RF low noise amplifier, mixers, and programmable gain amplifier, IQ modulator and offset PLL in HD155128TF transceiver IC are investigated and studied. RFMD MIMIC RF2173 and RF2174 for implementation of dual band power amplifier are proposed with fairly good performance.
