Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 電腦通訊與控制研究所 === 91 === A bi-directional amplifier is studied and implemented for WLAN (2.4 — 2.4835GHz) in this thesis. The bi-directional amplifier consists of a RF detecting path, a directional coupler, a low noise amplifier (LNA), and a power amplifier (PA). ATF-34143 is used to realize a low noise amplifier. The noise figure and gain of the LNA are about 1.5dB and 12.89dB respectively. Furthermore, ATF-34143 and MGF0913A are used to design a two-stage power amplifier. The output power of the PA is about 27dB. The OIP3 and P1dB are about 38.84dBm and 27dBm. In the transmitting mode, the output power reaches 25dBm (1-dB compression point) after the loss of the T/R switch and the bandpass filter. In the receiving mode, 10.85dB gain and 5dB noise figure are achieved. The response time of the RF detecting path is about 950ns.
