I found some reasons that makes the skills of the civil safety management advancement slowly and makes the accidents frequently. One of them, the workers are too passive. The workers have done fewer thinking of their own accord and have accepted the way that taught by seniors to build the engineering, because the engineer is much complicated than other works a long time ago. In other words, most of fresh man in the engineering have just listened to the experienced of seniors to build the engineering. The other is to continue the well experienced. A well engineer should pile up their experienced despite their studying. Then, it’s an important subject to study how to decrease the accidents in the construction by building a measure of accidents management and preserving well experienced. To delegate power fully to makes fresh men in the engineering train to the ability do self-study and self-thinking. Continue the well experienced needs all seniors of building the engineering continue their experienced and teach us. For the reasons, I hope this research can offer a effect and useful suggestion which about damage prevention management to be adapted to the experienced in building and safety management ,then we can prevent the accidents happened. When the accidents happened, we have effect to adapt ourselves to changes and makes the questions as small as it can be. I also hope I throw a brick and to get a gem in return, and I hope it will let more and more experienced and wise can be studied makes the accidents be impossible.
