For achieving the goals, this study used literature review, interview survey, and modified Delphi technique to explore the competencies of computer teachers. By means of three rounds modified Delphi technique questionnaires, the specialists’ opinions were consistency. The following conclusions were based on the results of modified Delphi study and analysis of the data: 1. Every computer teacher had to be qualified with twelve items of competencies and fifty-seven pieces of performances. 2. Every computer teacher should be qualified with fourteen items of competencies and sixty-seven pieces of performances. 3. In spite of enhancing computer professional competencies, general compentecies were also important for high school computer teachers.
