Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 材料及資源工程系碩士班 === 91 === Anodized surfaces and porous treated surface effect the MG 63’s proliferation on titanium implant By the cell proliferous and histological analyses, the relationships, “various titanium dioxide layers’ thicknesses and different pore sizes to MG 63’s performances”, were found. During the initial four hours, the seeded MG 63 cells had good proliferous behaviors on various anodized surfaces. Quantitatively, MG 63 had the best proliferous behavior on untreated surface, then 30V anodized surface, 60V anodized surface, and 90V anodized surface, in sequence. From the 2nd day to the 8th day, MG 63 had the best proliferous behavior on 60V anodized surface, then 30V anodized surface, untreated surface, and 90V anodized surface, in serial. It was scanned by EIS (Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) analysis, that an organic layer’s resistance was found after first hour. Caused of this organic layer, MG 63 had the best proliferous performance in the initial seeding period. And also, it was found that MG 63 had the best proliferous performance on 50μm pore sized surface in the first four days and on the 10μm pore sized surface after 4th day.
