The main computation simply models the pile-to-pile interactions, the single pile response and grouped pile response under the vertical/lateral structural loads or the earthquake excitations, and it was done by FORTRAN language. Nonlinear soil behaviors and layered soils can be both considerable by the user. The Microsoft VISUAL BASIC (VB) object oriented program is adopted herein to develop a Chinese version windows program with the linkage of the main computations. The systematic layout of the soil-pile system is visualized by utilizing the Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) 3-D graphic technology. The resulting program is called TKUPILE, and it can certainly help the engineers in design practice of the pile foundations. The program lerads the data as follows. 1. The pile deformations, possibly the shears and the moments, are computed at the top and the shaft of the pile subjected to different excitations, 2. The outputs can be either printed or saved for later uses. 3. A 3-D image of the pile foundations is created besides the line-in 2-D layout of the soil-pile system where the major parameters of the pile and the soils can be alternatively shown in the screen. 4. The pile displacement-time history at the pile head, the pile deformations at a certain time, and the shear and moment distributions along the pile can be finally plotted. The linear and nonlinear analytic results are able to perform and be printed for design. Der-Wen Chang 張德文 2003 學位論文 ; thesis 230 zh-TW |
