Transformation means a kind of creative destruction； it’s a revolution and innovation, not consistency or continuity. This research uses depth interview method and designs questionnaire based on the theory of MERSI Management Skills developed by professor Tsai Jin- ding. This research shows the following conclusions： In general, the firms in Taiwan mold industry are facing the existing difficulties or problems：mind, ecosystem, resources, strategy& implementation. How to transform this crisis？The author suggests adjusting strategies based on MERSI Management Skill’s five elements is likely to succeed.
