Description
Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 材料工程研究所 === 91 === It is well known that the Ni-Zn ferrites have good magnetic properties at high frequency. In order to enhance the anisotropy of the material, cobalt ions were added that may stabilize the domain walls and hence extend the application frequency. In this study, Ni-Zn ferrites with the composition (Ni1-xZnx)1-yCoy+δFe2-δO4 were prepared through conventional ceramic processing methods. The magnetic properties were measured, such as, μ’-f curves、μ”-f curves、saturation magnetizations (Ms) , and microstructures. The results showed that the μ’ was decreased and the resonance frequency was increased with increasing the cobalt ion content. On the other hand, the μ’ was increased and the resonance frequency was lowered with increasing the sintering temperature and the sintering time. Thus, by doping the cobalt ions is an effective way in the manufacturing of ferrite materials for high frequency applications. The content of cobalt ions and sintering processes would be fine tuned in order to match the applications of the Ni-Zn ferrites.
