| Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊傳播學系 === 91 === Taiwan government has decided to develop animation industry, while many animation companies are expanding their business to the overseas market. The methodology of in-depth interview is employed by this study to three kinds of subjects including animation companies, scholars and government officials in Taiwan. The interviews were proceeded based on four key issues to explore what core resources Taiwan’s animation industry owns, and how to utilize these resources. The research results indicate that: (1) there is no animation industry in any nations would own ideal core resources completely. (2) The core resources of animation industry in Taiwan centralize at the production level, so Taiwan animation companies should keep on producing animation for other international animation business, as well as develop their own animation creation.
