The essential parameters for wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM) were defined tentatively into seven factors including: water flow rate, no load voltage, pulse duration, pulse rest time, servo voltage, wire speed and wire tension. and the optimization of cutting speed, groove width, and surface roughness were examined as the machining destinations. Furthermore, ANOVA analysis was also applied to determine the optimization These experimental data was concluded into a nonlinear regression expression for future application. Both the grey theory and the fuzzy theory were adopted to deal with the issues of multiple quality requiring in the second phrase. Eventually, the surface integrities of the material were also discussed in this study.
