Therefore, how to supply the runways for fighters after attack is the most important thing for Air Force . This research focuses on the estimating Rapid Run Repair(RRR). It includes missile numbers, crater size, repair material and RRR organization. We visited airports and talked with engineering officers to collect problems and suggestions for RRR. We used that to analyze the main issues of Rapid Run Repair. Finally, the recommendations for Air force are proposed to improving RRR with hope to enhance the efficiency and quality of Rapid Run Repair. The research contents are divided into five parts: (1)Analyzing the current issues of Air Force Rapid Run Repair. (2)Estimating the capacity of Rapid Run Repair. (3)Evaluating the increase of runways. (4)Discussing the organization of Rapid Run Repair. (5)Establishing the checklist of Rapid Run Repair in the peace time maintainance. Two Technical Mannuals were used in this research. The US TM5-8551 was used to obtain the size of craters.
