But until now, the Web services technology is in its infancy, there are still some aspects must be improved. One of the domain factors contributes to the success of Web service implementation is the issue of reliability. The unreliability is existed either in the service component or in the transaction flow, and it is hard to be aware until the Web services process is enacted, but the traditional way of Web service reliability analysis could not demonstrate where the unreliable problems are.   Apart from the traditional way in analyzing the reliability of Web services, a novel notion of Web Services Conceptual Reliability is promoted in this research to estimating Web services reliability with semantic approach. The approach we proposed in this article would clarify the unreliable situations in the process of Web service implementation and could be an aided role for the Web services designers. A prototype has been developed to evaluate feasibility of the concept we proposed, and the research result shows that it is effective as well as useful in helping Web services designer to estimate and enhance the reliability Web services environment. 黃士銘 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 0 en_US
