Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 92 === In this thesis, a PIC16F877 microprocessor-based multi-function digital temperature controller is designed, where the function module include LCM display, keyboard input, SSR driver circuit, PWM control signal, and RS485 asynchronous transmission. Resistance-change oriented PT100 is used for the temperature sensor circuit and commercial instrument as used to calibrate the accuracy of designed circuits. In this thesis, Z-N parameter tuning rule is adopted to determine the parameter of PID controller. A house-used refrigerator is modified as the control platform to evaluate the performance of designed temperature controller. Experimental result illustrate that the precision is ±1% within 200℃.
