碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理研究所 === 92 === After years of efforts, project management has been developed as an important process in which an enterprise strives to reach its goal through proper plan, organization and management of its mission and resources, often accompanied by limited time, resources and cost. While social order has a direct bearing on people’s life as well as their viewpoint of the government, an efficient criminal investigation can no doubt enhance people’s trust in police and prevent social order from being deteriorated. This study aims to apply the scientific processes of project management to criminal case investigation, and hopefully, to establish a project management model to improve the police personnel’s ability of investigating the most frightful crime of kid-napping .
