A detailed case study method has been used to analyze its past history, feature and current situations of health care industry by researching the studied some cases. From the resource-based viewpoint, organizations are consisted of a set of different resources; therefore, resource is the basic unit of organizations, and their competitive advantages are also built from accumulating strategic resources. This study:(1) discusses strategic matrix, formed by industrial value chain and strategic; (2) formulates analysis of current strategies and strategic matrix according to the environmental and conditional premise; (3) applies “Strategic Matrix Analysis” to search the industrial environment and conditional premises, and to figure out future superiority and strategies systematically as the suggestions for organizations to make decisions. This study is grounded on the theory of strategic management, employing the systematic strategic matrix method as the tool to analyze.
