Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理研究所 === 92 === The quality of personnel highly affects the development of human resource in armed forces and the success of armament. As we know, human resource is one of the most important keys at the age of knowledge-based economy. And the education is the basic motivation of knowledge investment. This study attends to find out the relationship between the quality of personnel who join the lifelong learning and his performance of works. In this study, there were six hundreds officers and sergeants in different services participated the questionnaire. And the different methodologies, questionnaires survey, one-way analysis of variance, relative analysis, factor analysis, and reliability analysis, were adopted.
This study reached to some conclusions. Firstly, there are highly significant correlation between military personnel’s intention in lifelong learning and his acquaintance. Secondly, there are significant correlation between quality of military personnel’s and his performance in works. Thirdly, rank, position, age, and marriage didn’t affect the will of learning to the military personnel. Finally, the lifelong learning is one of the best ways to prompt efficacy. And it also provides another skill to the staff member of armed forces.
This study provides several suggestions. Firstly, the armed forces should highly prompt the lifelong learning. Secondly, the armed forces should standardize the makeup of tuitions. Finally, provide more opportunities to these people who got the degree. With these works, wish we can prompt the quality of personnel in armed forces to meet the need national defense.
