Large gene expression data are obtained by scanning used chips and image processing. Then these data are clustered to analyze the relations of genes. Large data processing will consume much computing time. In this thesis we will present how to design clustering algorithm on PC-Cluster to speedup wmputation. And then test our algorithm test our algorithm and evaluate performance of gene chips.
