Description
Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 電機工程學系碩士班 === 92 === WLAN、Bluetooth、CDMA . . .etc wireless communication system is general and popular recently. Thus, the design and research of the RF front end circuit in different communication systems is very important. In the thesis,we employed the TSMC 0.18um CMOS process to design and implement the low noise amplifier for WLAN. The low noise amplifier which is based on a『cascode source inductor degeneration structure』is a variable gain architecture. The low noise amplifier has three gain modes to control power gain: In the high gain mode:S21= 23.16dB、Noise Figure=2.279dB、 IP1dB= -24.5dBm and IIP3= -14.223dBm. In the medium gain mode:S21=17.02dB、Noise Figure=2.461dB、 IP1dB= -21.5dBm and IIP3= -12.28dBm. In the low gain mode:S21=11.45dB、Noise Figure=2.88dB、 IP1dB= -14.5dBm and IIP3= -8.86dBm.
