IFFT/FFT processor is the key component in the implementation of OFDM system, because it performs the transformation very efficiently and provides a simply way of ensuring the carrier signals produced are orthogonal. This paper introduces Radix-4 DIF FFT algorithm ,it has the smaller numbers of multiplier then radix-2 algorithm and coordinate pipeline processing technology to meet the fast and real time processing demand. In the first chapter we discuss the principle of OFDM and introduce relation between OFDM and fast fourier transform; In second chapter we explain the paper used architecture of FFT; Third chapter mainly uses Matlab to simulation ,then we seeks the best bit length of the data and twiddle factor. In the fourth chapter we use hardware description language (Verilog) to complete circuit design of IFFT/FFT , and gives the hardware implementation by the FPGA technology 辛錫進 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 46 zh-TW
