Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 營建管理研究所 === 92 === Recently the government procurement policies are moving in the direction of the private implementation of public works and the professional implementation of skilled jobs. The construction project management service system is based on those phenomena. However, before they can entrust their works to a professional project manager, those entities having inability in procurement and construction practice face a problem in drafting tendering documents. When the complexity of construction projects increased, it is necessary to help those unskillful entities in preparing well tendering documents. This study employs the Artificial Intelligent tools, including Expert Systems, Case-Based Reasoning and Rule Induction, to develop an integrated model. Based on the developed model, this study constructs a web-based tendering document generation system for the construction project management services. The system incorporates the knowledge on the Government Procurement Law with the previous cases and the mined knowledge from those cases. Test results show that the developed system could be a good reference for the entity that wants to procure a construction project management service but have little knowledge about procurement and construction practice.
