Mergers and acquisitions are tactics that offer high-speed results for most companies. Before the 1980’s in the Republic of China, laws limited the situation of matriarchy and economics with conventional conceptions. The great majority of businesses were content with things as they were. They administrate their businesses with stability and a quality of reserve to keep the business alive, but a method of administrative investigation broke the mold and led to a new discovery. Much of the traditional bank had to close down because they wouldn’t develop their recipes for perfection. The government, with the Industry Development Bureau Ministry of Economic Affairs, handles matters concerning “Regulations Governing Controlled Substances Pursuant to the Montreal Protocol”. The policies were designed to encourage private investment. Not only regarding the high technology industry, traditional industries and manufacturing industries were impacted only for the act of acquisitions, stock certificates, and assets. The government would lower the income tax and follow “the law of banking consolidated” The goodwill can be amortized over five years. Independence merge Would improve the entirety manage achievement and cut down the Cost, further achieve the goal of capital deployment, cost saving, cross selling and restructuring, it is expected to bring a significant challenge for the stratum of policy-making in financial holding companies. b. The primary stage of merage,owing to effectiveness still develop,it would result profit decrease and asset quality deteriorate,but when time past. Situation will improve. c. In terms of stock price react,only exist temporary positive return around event day. On contrast, it shows negative cumulative abnormal return before and after the event day. d. Acquiring and contriving the resources with megers. To generate the interdependent effect on finance, marketing and management. To promote the effect by expanding the marketing objects. e. After megers,bank towards large-scale and worldwide,it would to achieve the comprehensive results of financial institutions and promote banking industry and the power of international competition.
