It also defines the generate curve of cross section by four parameters─a、b、ρ、θ, to calculate the equation of meshing, generated curve, the surface equation of male and female rotors, grinding wheel profile of manufactured male and female rotors, as well as contact line of male and female rotors, and contact line between rotor surface and grinding wheel. By doing this, we can deal with the relevant nonlinear solution using only one subroutine to take care of different linear calculation. Contact line type between male and female rotor affects the quality and efficiency of transmission for rotors, contact line type between grinding wheel and rotors surface, as well as the precision and quality of grinding process. It is a good computer-aided using numerical method to decide some better grinding parameters which can give better contact line. This paper also discusses the calculation instantaneous closed area and volume of the sudden change of the rotors rotation. It is the model of calculating the area use ratio of male and female rotors to enhance the efficiency. By change of instantaneous closed volume that can make steady running, decrease variation and increase running quality. From discrete points on rotors curve, grinding wheel, contact line of the rotors, and contact line between the grinding wheel and rotor. To provide enough data for numerical calculation, let follow-up research can be built on this paper.
