Otherwise, their cooperate modes will different, because the cooperate partner’s resource and social capital. This research will take case study. And the case take GIGA-BYTE technology Co. and Micro-Star Information Co. which analyse cooperate relation in motherboard industry. This research find some points: 1.The enterprise’s resources will influence how to make strategy. The fund and scale which are tangible resource increase that will make enterprise enter low price market. The enterprise build the brand that will make them enter OBM business. If the R&D ability increase, the enterprise will enter OBM business. 2.When the enterprise look for cooperate partner, they will think the partner’s resource’s characteristics, the status in industry and cooperate experience. The resource’s characteristics include key, specificity and hide. 3.The different think will produce different cooperate modes. This research find the partner’s industry status and resource’s characteristics will mutual influence. The different sitation will produce different cooperate modes.
