By way of increasing the global average living standard, the shoe factory had getting lost their setting profit year by year. The shoe factory has to make a revolution change to challenge and to overcome such a tough environment, and that will be the only way to survey!! Under such a strong impact, how to increase the production and management competitive ability becomes an essential issue for the future survive opportunity. Therefore, the TOYOTA Production System and the Lean Manufacturing System has introduced a new way of manufacturing and managing which is entirely different with the traditional manufacturing concept. TOYOTA Production System has been commonly and successfully applying in the automobile industry and has up to a fairly mature stage. But the problem is how do we apply this efficient production idea to our traditional manufacturing will be the main theme in this research report. However, in order to discuss the performed situation of each individual case, this report will be divided into two prospects, one is from the technique aspect and the other is from the progress of project development. And also will be followed up the problem discussion and suggestion for the future improvement.
