Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 工業工程學系碩士班 === 92 === This research aims to probe into the various factors that may affect organizations’ decisions on the implementation of privatization. A chosen company AIDC, the company which had its privatization in progress, was being closely monitored for this research in order to find out the motives for its privatization purpose, the methods adopted and the progresses of which the privatization is being executed, and finally, the problems and the obstacles that the firm is currently facing after their decisions on its organizational privatization. Using data collected from the research method of questionnaire, information was analyzed through SPSS. Suggestions after the analysis were proposed to other state-owned companies, which have their organizational interests in privatization. The result of this research hopes to give the readers to have a clear view of the theories that is being approved by real practices. This in turns provides a valuable reference for companies to implement privatization in domestic market and for readers on their further researches.
