碩士 === 大葉大學 === 事業經營研究所 === 92 === This research is mainly using innovation management relating theory as base as well as combining with implementing of strategy management to focus on analyzing the operating situation of water and electricity property in our country systematically. Discussing the difficulties which water and electricity property in our country is facing under the economic crisis since 1994 in order to collect related materials such as theory passages, magazines,books, internet passages and the interviews of companies’ brief history and operation style. By using the innovation management of technical life cycle model, interest chain model, management logic and matrix theory as base and five forces analysis, SWOT analysis and operation strategy etc as accessory to find out operation style and difficulties faced of the water and electricity property in our country in order to develop new ways of thinking so that to find out the discussion topic for this research
