The collection of the disaster information usually affects the results of rescue actions. How to collect accurate real-time disaster information effectively and input this information to an appropriate database for further utilization are the important issues for the activity of disaster rescue. Using the powerful database to handle and analyze data, the decision makers can make the best decision immediately. The purpose of this study is to plan and establish the mechanism of real-time disaster information collection for the disaster decision support system. During the course of this study, we analyze what kinds of data for certain disaster need to be collected on the spot, and study the mechanism for transferring the collected real-time on-site information. The disaster decision making support system can be improved effectively after integrating these information.
