The firms are eager to offer a rapid service to meet the unique requirements and preference of each consumer. The enterprise might try to implement a valid management mechanism to increase operation efficiency. Especially, speed would become the most important issue to shows the enterprise competition ability. This would be achieved by the cooperation of whole supply chain systems. Besides, customer-centric system, to change the cooperation mode of the system member would overcome the challenge. Particularly for the divisional international industry, because of local business enterprise are the ODM, OEM companies mostly, how to make difference among numerous competitions will be a key issue. Besides, enhancing the technique ability, product quality and operation cost of the self, integrate supply chain system, change the interaction mode with brand company, and applied information technology to establish real time communication environment. Also, through the mechanism of collaborative management system, the firms can make the brand company approve their expressive, create more opportunity of the close cooperation and enlarge the gap of competitiveness. This research is regarding the local supply chain system of the shoes ODM factory. We will analysis the international brand company operation module. Base on the brand company, ODM firms and suppliers wins premise, we will analysis and planning wins electronic catalog system, to active service brand company. This research will try to establish a mechanism to valuate the suppliers in order to choose the better supplier. Furthermore, through the application of information system, the real time communication can be reached; the mechanism of checking system can be accessed in product development and produce process valuation. The benefit would be the increase the performance of whole supply chain system, increase the opportunity of join the international brand company design system. The ODM factory also improves the effects of whole supply chain, shorten the products development, increase the products quality and lower the manufacture cost in order to increase the compete advantage and enlarge the gap of competitiveness.
