While the product is changed to multi-customerization, it makes their products more complicated, and at the same time, it increases the difficulty of cost estimation and performance analysis. Therefore, we need to develop a related operation mechanism to professionalize the management and to construct a quick response mechanism to increase the competitive ability of the enterprises. This research utilized multi-projects to illustrate the module of product customerization, plus to view each single product as a unique project management. In addition to adopt matrix organization structure, which meets the requirements of multi-projects, to correct the defects of a functional organization structure, it also develop the spirit of earned value (EV) to separate different activities to work breakdown structure packages (WBS package), through the work breakdown structure(WBS). The contents include work description, the requirements of material, labor, and cost. As it contents the estimation of each product, it helps the analysis of cost performance. Besides, to apply its feedback system to collect all cost data of products to update the baseline of each WBS, it provides not only the reference data of the product cost management of a project, it also gives the reference of schedule planning, milestone/check point setting up, work distributing, resources allocating, cost collecting and cost control for a project to construct an systemized management mechanism. This research also adopts the method of Pareto Analysis to discover the critical WBS item and the items that will affect the cost performance. Following the analysis, we can control, improve, and reallocate the resources, in addition, can recover and ensure the conducting performance of the project. Based on EV, this research constructs the mechanism of multi-projects cost performance analysis. It can provide more integrative and efficient management for the enterprises in each life cycle phase from the organization, work distribution, project control to the end of the project.
