The increasing improvement in information technology has made information gathering the first priority task for entrepreneurs and managers. In the long run, entrepreneurs and managers would also seek for new operating methods and processes based on business IT. Most business related studies concentrated on business cultures and less in information cultures. Studies on relationship between information culture and information system efficiency is also quite limited. It is our motivation to become one of the pioneers to study the relationship between in information culture and information culture and information system efficiency and justify the existence of such relationship through Structure Equation Model. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. The impact of Organization Characteristics of information issues on Information Culture is positively supported. 2. Information Culture can influence Information System Efficiency is also supported.
