So, with a well-operation circulatory, man must be healthy. Furthermore, better circulatory provides better blood flow rate and power. Recently, the circulatory researches focused on the blood pressure, blood flow rate, and blood power, and improved measurement instrument to aid the work. In this research, we construct and realize a blood flow rate measurement system by utilizing the multi-functional sphygmograpgh, which evaluate the blood flow from elastic pipe blood flow formula with some parameters, such as viscosity, pressure difference, dynamic compliance, and so on. And to verify the blood flow rate measurement system, we design a verifying experiment. By using hydraulic system to generate the test flow, we complete the engineering verification of the multi- functional sphygmograph blood flow rate measurement system.
