Our research results show that the relationship between the customers’ satisfaction and the personality traits is not significant. For the personal factors, age and living-with-parents are significant, and marriage status, experience of claim application and favorite color are marginal significant related with the customers’ satisfaction. The results of the logistic regression analysis reveal that age, experience of claim application and favorite color can explain the customers’ satisfaction significantly. The overall prediction power the logistic regression model is 72.3%. Within the model, the prediction rate power for the “bad” motor insurance adjusters is 94.4% and 619% for the “good” motor insurance adjusters. The characteristics for the “good” motor insurance adjusters are ages above 30, married, having experience of claim application and preferring bright colors, (such as red, orange, white and yellow).
