In addition to pilots'' flight skills and weather conditions, which affect flight safety directly, a more important factor lies on the maintenance and repair of the Airplanes. The maintenance of Airplanes is accomplished by the joint efforts of mechanics, engineers and the management. Therefore, job satisfaction of these people is becoming more important. In other words, job satisfaction can affect maintenance quality and flight safety directly or indirectly. By studying people working in Engineering and Maintenance Division of the Airlines, who are less exposed to the media, findings of how job satisfaction is affected by their various positions and seniority can be made. Suggestions are also proposed for Airlines management. Three components, i.e. Employee''s benefits, Work involvement and Organization commitment, are used in studying and exploring the job satisfaction of EMD employees. Generally speaking, employee''s benefits are classified into four categories, i.e. economy benefits, entertainment benefits, facility benefits and service benefits. It is found that satisfaction of employee''s benefits varies in relation to their job functions. Moreover, the method of Ridits is applied to identify the well-accepted benefits and those that need further enhancement, to study the varied satisfaction levels in depth. The main factor of employee''s achieving growth and satisfaction in workplace is Work involvement; employee''s attachment to and concentration on a specific organization is called Organization commitment. The principal component analysis are used to identify the major factors affecting Working involvement and Organization commitment. Furthermore, findings of the canonical relation analysis among Work involvement, Organization commitment and employee''s benefits are highlighted as follows: 1. Work involvement is affected by benefit satisfaction of the employee. 2. Organization commitment correlates with benefit satisfaction of the employee. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that: 1. For recruitment and training, emphasis should be laid on the development of working enthusiasm, responsibility and workmanship. 2. Organization commitment can be enhanced by giving attention to employee''s career planning, healthy and safety, recreation facilities and food services. 3.
