Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 92 === Abstract The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the cogitating factors of social resource fundraising for collegiate athletic department directors, and to examine the current statues, requirement, and obstruction of collegiate athletic department directors. It expected to provide study result for the ways of layout in collegiate athletic department. The research subjects of this study were 161 athletic directors of universities and colleges. Data were collected through the use of the “Cogitating Factors of fundraising Social Resource for Collegiate Athletic directors Self-evaluation of Current Status Scale”. Statistical analyses were performed on 115 valid responses. The data were analyzed through use of descriptive statistic, factor analyses, independent-samples t-tests, one-way analyses of variance, and Pearson product-moment correlation. Alpha coefficient was set at .05 for all computations. The study found: (a) Among the perceptions of collegiate athletic directors on Demand of social resource factors, “Demand level of finance” had the highest recognition level and “Demand level of community feelings” the lowest, with “Demand level of material resources”, “Demand level of human resource”and“Social interaction in between. (b) Among the perceptions of collegiate athletic directors on Obstruction of social resource factors, “Obstruction of system” had the highest recognition level and “Obstruction of notion” the lowest, with “Obstruction of ability” in between. (c) The School attribute, school department, financial subsidy, and regional of in geography on factors, were found to have significant effects on collegiate athletic directors’ perceptions of their “Demand of social resource”. (d) There was a significant correlation between collegiate athletic directors in quantity of sport delegations, quantity of enrollment, quantity of sport teachers, and school initial period in the “Demand of social resource factors”. (e) The Educational background, post and rank, academic realm, external administrative task, internal administrative task, and lead sport association were found to have significant effects on collegiate athletic directors’ perceptions of their “Degree of Demand in Self-Conscious”. (f) The School attribute, school department, financial subsidy, and regional of in geography on factors, were found to have significant effects on collegiate athletic directors’ perceptions of their “Obstruction of social resource”. (g) There was a significant correlation between collegiate athletic directors in quantity of sport delegations, quantity of enrollment, quantity of sport teachers, and school initial period in the “Obstruction of social resource factors”.
