| Summary: | 碩士 === 華梵大學 === 工業管理學系碩士班 === 92 === The global liberalization and the internationalization tidal current influence, the public enterprise privatization turns into is the 90''s hot topics of discussion, deeply from all walks of life is taken.In 1,996 in December "national development conference" the conclusion suggested that, the public enterprise should complete privatization in five years, therefore numerous public enterprises stepped up the footsteps, besides coordinate privatization policy impetus, also positively handles the diversified management the related matters concerned, by the time future will be able reforming smoothly, and display the synthesis effect which enterprise will manage.Therefore, this research purposes will discuss the way of diversified management strategies on Taiwan Railway Administration(TRA) in the future, to achieved the goal of sustainable management.
First the affiliation after reviews the Taiwan railroad, the various countries'' railroad enterprises' related records and the expert advices, discover the diversified management the goal, and construct the TRA's future to be possible to carry on the diversified strategies types and the feasible plan, hoped the affiliation by the expert specialized judgement, will analyze TRA proceed the diversified feasible plan and the order of priority in the future.First aims at proceed model of the public enterprise privatization ,the strategy of the domestic and foreign railroads enterprise manages literatures, TRA management as well as correlation fuzzy method carries on the review. Is obtaining the material to be partial first carries on by the expert interview way, synthesizes a SWOT analysis TRA according to interview the result at present the enterprise to manage present situation, by the TOWS matrix, will construct TRA future level of the diversified strategies, separately will consider six development goals, four strategies types and 22 feasible plans.According to the whole evaluative framework, carries on the expert questionnaire survey, and collects the entire official, scholar''s specialized opinion, screens the feasible plan and evaluate the important degree of its various essential factors.
