The major statement of this research is to clarify the difference of visual notice and vision threshold within the area of vision recognition psychology. Since the main theory of proportion belongs to Aesthetics, and Aesthetics is related to vision perception. We arranged a series of fashion adornments as case studies in the process of this research and focused upon the appearance scale of adornments. It is the purpose of this study to verify that human body scale has “Le Corbusier Modular” existing Bezier curve and Likert scale are two applied methods in this research as a statistical tool to optimize the relationship of visual perception. There are two major parts in this study and use fashion adornments as the topics of research samples. The first part is to clarify users’ perception difference about fashion adornments. The method of perception difference and Analysis of variance have been applied in this part to approve that there is golden proportional relationship involve in general viewers’ perception; The second part is the perception threshold research, and those case studies in the first part have been applied to see whether there is threshold value exist in every case studies. Finally, these two parts have been combined to discuses. The study results indicate that mass consumers have a proportional recognition between their decorative adornments and their physical body.The most optimum proportion scale is to commit with golden proportion and Le Corbusier Modular relationship.
