| Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理科學研究所 === 92 === The effect of business operations is like the metabolism in human body. Enterprises need to take care and maintain their activities periodically to keep their competence in good condition. When an enterprise showed less competent, some measures must be taken immediately to renew its organizational functions and strategies of which had been misguided. One of the effective methods to get back the health of body is to make a business diagnosis, inviting outside expertise to point out the weakness and threat coming from outside.
This study focused on the construction of diagnosis process and analysis of problems happened on SMEs’ business during the diagnosis in 2003. Through practical diagnosis cases and past experience in the business activities, the study tried to combine literature review and current diagnostic process to form a revised new procedure. In addition, the study also use deep interviews to find feasible ways to solve the problems of how to find, analyze and solve problems in the interviews with enterpreses through asking well-experienced business consultants so as to strengthen the whole diagnostic process system. SME’s managerial problems had being listed and analyzed in the article for reference.
