Description
Summary:碩士 === 高雄醫學大學 === 藥學研究所碩士班 === 92 === The aim of this study was to estimate the stability of six drugs (Isosorbide dinitrate, Epinephrine HCl, Chlorpromazine HCl, Lorazepam and Diazepam) that they usually used in clinic and hospital. Firstly, it was injected into 250 ml, four kinds of large volume parenteral containers (polyvinyl chloride (PVC) bags, glass bottles, polypropylene (PP) bottles, polyrthylene multilayer (ML) bags), respectively. Then, the high- performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to quantitative analysis of drugs through 24 hours in the containers. The potency of Isosorbide dinitrate remained unchanged in glass, PP bottles and ML bags. In the PVC bags, about 25 % was lost during 24 hours in both glucose and normal saline solutions. Diazepam lossed about 70 %. There was no appreciable changed in pH in four kinds of containers through 24 hours. In the concentration of drugs and stored temperature study, drugs dosage was injection into the PVC containers, the amounts of high-dosage group was sorption more than low-dosage group in PVC containers. In the same dosage of two drugs, the amounts of drug of sorption by PVC were decreased at 4 ℃.
